Our goal is a satisfied customer. Buying a home can be a daunting task, especially for first time home buyers. We understand the excitement and the anxiety in buying a new home. We guide our customers through our streamlined process so they understand what is required from contract to closing.

We work closely with the lenders, appraisers and closing attorneys to ensure they have everything required to meet our closing schedules, we pride ourselves in meeting deadlines.

Another added luxury is our entire team operates out of the sales office located at the entrance to the neighborhood and is open 7 days a week.

This is great for our customers with questions and concerns because they know we have the ability to respond in a timely fashion.

Our most enjoyable moment is releasing keys to new Cottage owners.
